Property Tax Reduction

To protest your property tax appraisal, log onto http://www.tad.org with your PIN. Your PIN is on the blue Property Value Notice you received.  If you didn’t receive the notice and don’t know your PIN, you can get it via email if you have previously accessed TAD’s eAccess portal. Or you can request it from the website or by calling 817-284-0024. Allow time for it to come in the mail.  Click "File a Protest" in the blue box and accept the offer to settle online without a hearing.  The final deadline to file is May 31.

March's Yard of the Month
Congratulations to our neighbors Tom and Crickett Croft at 6713 Deep Valley Ln. Your spring blooms are going to bring spectacular color.
Richard and Diane Bouton at 6705 Cool Meadow Dr. Thank you for sharing your well groomed landscape with us.
If you happen to be strolling through our neighborhood, go down Still Meadow and see the Wisteria display  on the shared fence between 5000 and 5004. I have also seen the city water patrol truck driving around our streets. Check the days you can run your sprinkler.
Jennifer Savage. YOM.
THANK YOU BUZZ CUSTOM FENCES - The Meadows West Homeowners Association wishes everyone to know that a huge thank you is extended to Eric Schrader for all of his work in sourcing and preparing the poles for our American flags. There was a lot of hands-on work that I didn’t have the skills or the tools to complete myself. Literally, the flag project could not have been completed without Eric and his company.
When you see Eric and Denise in the neighborhood, be certain to thank them again and again.
Dolores Schneider - Flag Lady

Meadows West Homeowners Association wishes to extend a big THANK YOU to all of the homeowners who proudly agreed to fly our flag. It was great seeing Old Glory waving in the Texas wind!
Thank you for demonstrating your pride in our great country,
Dolores Schneider - Flag Lady

Oak wilt has been diagnosed in two live oak trees on Blue Meadow and two trees on the corner of Meadows West Drive and River View Drive. Saving infected trees depends on early diagnosis and treatment. Keep an eye on your live oak and red oak trees. Watch for excessive leaf drop and discoloration of the veins of the leaves. www.texasoakwilt.org, Aggie Horticulture, additional information Aggie Horticulture or call the extension service hot line (817-884-1944) for a detailed brochure.
